Unshipped Items Return Policy
- For unshipped item returns without a valid reason, a 25% restocking fee will be charged within 30 days of the original order being processed.
Shipped item return policy
- For quality or other issues, the buyer can request a refund or reshipment within 7 days of the end customer receiving the goods. Reshipment costs will be borne by the seller.
Please note that the warranty policy does not apply in the following cases:
- Damage caused by negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or natural disasters and accidents, including but not limited to: burns, cuts, tears, scratches, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications, unless written approval by Seller is obtained
